How to share a Kaydoh Template Page

How to share your own Kaydoh Template to another User

Kaydoh users can now share any page with other Kaydoh users, even outside their team.

STEP 1

Once you've completed making a Kaydoh Page and is ready to be shared to other Kaydoh Users. You will first need to go to the Template Library and navigate to the Personal section. There you can create a new folder to share to specific Users.

STEP 2

When making a folder, you will need to set the Visibility to be "Users". When done, hit the button "Save".

STEP 3

Once you've saved, you can go ahead add Users to your folder by clicking on the "Add Internal People" button, if you have team members within your account.

If you need to add Users that are outside of your team, then choose the button "Add External People".

STEP 4

Once a Folder is made and shared with people you have designated. Go back to your website pages. Here add the Kaydoh page to that shared folder by choosing "Add To Template Library".

Find the public folder you made and select it accordingly.

Once you add a User to your public folder. The recipient will see it immediately in their account once they refresh their page. The recipient will need to navigate to the Template Library and into the Personal Folder to see the newly shared folder. Inside that folder will contain any pages that were shared. The recipient will be free to copy the template page and make their own personal changes. Do not worry, the original template page will not be editable by the recipient.

STEP 5 (optional)

If you need to remove a User from a template folder. Just navigate back to your folder accordingly and click on the button "Edit"
