Content tiles often include a thumbnail image that helps visually represent the content, such as a video, document, or resource.

You can update this thumbnail image at any time to better match your content or improve the appearance of your page.

Are you trying to adjust a video thumbnail or a content tile thumbnail?

These are two different things in Kaydoh:

  • Content tile thumbnail — The preview image shown on a content tile card. This can be fully replaced by uploading a custom image. Follow the steps below to update it.

  • Video thumbnail (uploaded video) — The frame automatically captured from your uploaded video. This frame cannot be repositioned or adjusted inside Kaydoh. The system captures it automatically from the source video itself. If the frame is cutting off a face or showing an unflattering moment, the best solution is to upload a custom thumbnail image in its place — use a properly centered, high-quality photo of the person or subject instead.

💡 Tip: For testimonial videos or client-facing content, always upload a custom thumbnail image rather than relying on the auto-generated video frame. This gives you full control over what your visitors see before they click play.
