How to Add an e-Form to Primary & Secondary Buttons in Kaydoh Pages

Last Update 20 days ago

Kaydoh’s “e-Form” feature lets you collect visitor information directly when someone clicks on your Primary or Secondary buttons inside a Page. This is a powerful way to capture leads, schedule calls, or collect custom responses.

When toggled ON, the button will open a popup form with customizable questions. You can edit, add, or remove fields anytime.

e-Form vs. Calendly on a button — what's the difference?

  • e-Form (this article) — When a visitor clicks the button, a popup form appears asking for their contact details. Best for capturing leads directly on your page.

  • Calendly link — When a visitor clicks the button, they are redirected to your Calendly booking page. Best when you want visitors to schedule a call immediately.

You can only use one action type per button — either e-Form or a URL link. For Calendly setup on buttons see: Adding Calendly to your Primary and Secondary action buttons

📖 Read (step by step)

STEP 1

From your dashboard, click Create a new Page. Then choose Easy Mode.

STEP 2

On the template selection page, choose any template that fits your needs, then click Create.

STEP 3

After creating the page, switch to Advance Mode.
A popup will appear — click Confirm.

STEP 4

From the left sidebar, click on Main Info.
Here you’ll see options for Primary Button and Secondary Button (as shown in the image below).

Next to each button, toggle E-Form ON.
This means when a visitor clicks the button, the form will appear.

STEP 5

Click Edit Form beside the button. This will open the questionnaire setup screen.

STEP 6

Add new questions, modify existing ones, or remove unnecessary fields to match your needs.

⚠️ Remember: Each page supports only one e-Form questionnaire. Both Primary and Secondary buttons will share the same form.
STEP 7

Click Switch Back to Easy Mode to continue editing your page.

A popup will appear again — click Confirm.

STEP 8

Once all other modifications are done, click Save & Complete.

Now, whenever a visitor clicks on your Primary or Secondary button, the e-Form popup will appear, and the responses will be collected. You’ll receive both an email notification and a text alert instantly.
