How to Install the Follow-Up Boss (FUB) Pixel in Kaydoh

The Follow-Up Boss (FUB) Pixel connects your Kaydoh pages with your CRM so you can see what known leads do next. Once installed, the Pixel lets Follow Up Boss:

• Track lead activity on your Kaydoh pages after Kaydoh captures the lead and sends it to FUB.

• Log page views and clicks to the contact’s timeline inside Follow Up Boss.

• Give you context for smarter follow-ups based on what the lead is viewing.

• Enable quick outreach (e.g., calling or texting from FUB when available).

How it works (at a glance):
Kaydoh form → Kaydoh captures lead → Kaydoh sends lead to FUB → FUB Pixel tracks subsequent page activity for that contact.

Step 1: Get Your Pixel from Follow-Up Boss

1. Log in to your Follow-Up Boss account.

2. Go to Admin → Integrations.

3. Scroll down and find Follow-Up Boss Pixel.

4. Click on Pixel Settings.

5. Make sure Enable form capture & creating new leads is switched ON.

6. Copy the Pixel code provided.

1. Log in to your Kaydoh Dashboard.

2. Go to Settings.

3. Navigate to Global Scripts.

4. Click Create New Script.

5. Name it: "FUB Pixel"(or anything you need).

6. Paste the Pixel code into the Head section.

7. Save your changes.

1. Open any Kaydoh page (like a registration page).

2. Submit a test lead.

3. Go to Follow-Up Boss and check if the lead appears.

   • You should see the lead instantly added.

   • As you browse other Kaydoh pages, you’ll see those visits and clicks logged in your Follow-Up Boss activity feed.

💡 Pro Tip: If you’re running live chat on your Kaydoh page, disable it while testing the Pixel to avoid any interference.

With the Pixel installed, every new page your lead views is tracked automatically in Follow-Up Boss. This helps you:
